Songwon and Heraeus sign cooperation agreement for high-end specialty chemicals for electronics On June 7, Songwon and Heraeus announced that they have signed a cooperation agreement
to jointly develop and market high-end specialty chemicals for the electronics industry, thereby broadening the scope of
the two companies in the global electronics market.

Under the agreement, Songwon will be responsible for the production of high-end specialty chemicals jointly developed for the electronics and semiconductor markets, while Heraeus will be responsible for marketing the developed products
alongside its existing product portfolio.
