Patrick Tang, CEO of Covestro, will
temporarily take over the CFO role

Recently, Covestro announced that Covestro CEO Patrick Thomas will assume the position
of interim chief financial officer of the company following the resignation of Frank H.
Lutz.
Patrick Tang has financial and industry expertise, rich experience, and enjoys a high reputation
in the capital market.
