    for the efficient development of deep oil and gas reservoirs in China.

    According to reports, the developed rubber composite seals have a temperature resistance of more than 170 °C, an adaptable pressure difference of more than 35MPa, and a validity period of more than 1 year

    A set of high temperature and high pressure rubber composite sealing technology has been formed to meet the requirements of high temperature and high pressure sealing of downhole tools in deep oil and gas reservoirs, and can realize the efficient development
    of deep oil and gas reservoirs.
    Up to now, the technology has been successfully applied in 5 wells on site, and the construction tasks such as stratified acidification and stratified water injection of high-temperature and high-pressure wells have been successfully completed, with a cumulative oil increase of 1762 tons

    According to reports, with the in-depth development of various domestic oilfields, the number of deep wells and ultra-deep wells in low-permeability reservoirs is increasing, and tools to meet the high temperature underground production of deep wells have become an urgent need

    Shengli Engineering Institute opened the project "Research and Application of High Temperature and High Pressure New Rubber Composite Sealing Technology" in 2012, after more than three years of hard research, optimized and formed a high temperature and high pressure rubber composite sealing material formula, developed a rubber material life prediction method under high temperature conditions, completed the numerical simulation and structural optimization of the rubber cartridge and auxiliary parts, and developed related supporting tools for field tests
