recently used BASF's plastic additive Tinuvin®360
in the production of 5G base stations for major international telecommunications companies.
The product enables 5G outdoor base stations to resist aging and degradation caused by strong sunlight, so as to maintain stable operation and extend service life
Tinuvin®360 can be added to polycarbonate resins during the production phase and is particularly suitable for processing and aging conditions
with high loads, very low volatility and good compatibility.
The material's low volatility helps to reduce die fouling and increase uptime, resulting in a more stable process, shorter production times and lower maintenance costs
In addition, Tinuvin®360 used in terminal electronics has strong UV absorption properties, which absorbs UV light and converts it into heat energy to release it, protecting products from UV rays
in direct sunlight outdoors.
