    On April 9, Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare issued Circular G/TBT/N/JPN/485 to revise the decree on the designation of
    toxic and harmful substances.
    According to the provisions of the "Toxic and Harmful Substances Control Law", some designated toxic and harmful substances have been added to prevent accidents caused by these substances and protect human health and safety
    .
    The deadline for comments on the circular is 60 days after issuance, the approval date is June 15, 2015, and the effective date is July 1
    , 2015.
