Recently, the skid-mounted carbon dioxide flooding production gas separation and purification technology developed by the Surface Engineering Technology Center of Shengli Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute has made progress
After separation and purification of 10,000 standard cubic meters of daily processed gas, about 3,000 standard cubic meters of methane-containing natural gas and about 7,000 standard cubic meters of high-concentration carbon dioxide gas are recovered every day, realizing the efficient and low-cost separation and purification
of carbon dioxide associated gas.
Since 2017, the researchers have set up a project of Shengli Oilfield carbon dioxide flooding liquid separation and corrosion control technology research, after three years of continuous research, innovative research and development to form a skid-mounted carbon dioxide flooding production gas separation and purification technology, to achieve the purpose of
carbon dioxide flooding associated gas green environmental protection, low carbon and low consumption.
The successful application of this technology not only solves the problem of carbon dioxide associated gas emissions, but also provides technical support
for the large-scale implementation of carbon dioxide flooding enhanced recovery and the efficient development of shale oil in oilfields.
