PPG today
announced that it has signed a definitive agreement
with private equity firm Sverica Capital Management LP to acquire Dexmet Corporation.
Dexmet is a specialist manufacturer of surface treatment specialty materials for aerospace, automotive and industrial applications, leading the industry in several key applications such as aircraft lightning strike protection

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2019 and is subject to customary closing conditions
