KBR signs an alliance agreement with PSI

Kellogg Blanlotter Corporation (KBR) today announced that it has signed an alliance agreement with Petron Scientech Inc.
(PSI) to license
PSI's differentiated, energy-efficient and sustainable technologies for the production of renewable chemicals.

Under the agreement, KBR will be the exclusive licensee of PSI's ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol (K-MEG SM^), ethanol dehydration (K-SEET SM) and maleic anhydride (Max-Leic^SM) technologies, which are primarily used to convert ethanol to ethylene and other derivative chemicals
that can be used in various industries and consumer products 。 KBR will provide technology licensing and engineering services for new biomass refineries, as well as integrate these technologies into existing refineries and petrochemical plants to provide sustainable alternative solutions
