BP and Reliance Industries have
announced that it has formed a joint venture with India's Reliance Industries to establish a network of retail service stations and launch jet fuel operations
in India.
The company will hold a 49% stake in the new joint venture, while Reliance Industries will hold the remaining 51%.

The new joint venture will have Reliance Honest's existing fuel retail network in India and its jet fuel business
.
The transaction is scheduled to close
in the first half of 2020.
