A few days ago, the electric heater E-60152 of the MTP industrial sideline experimental device of the olefin project of Shenning Coal Chemical Industry Branch was installed and debugged and successfully passed the acceptance
.
At present, the output power of the heater is stable, and the temperature of each bed of the reactor is significantly increased after the transformation, and the temperature of the catalyst bed is increased from 450 °C to 480 °C, which meets the process design requirements
.

The MTP industrial siding unit started operation on March 19, 2012 and has been in stable operation for more than 5,000 hours
so far.
However, the feed temperature is lower than the design value during the operation of the device, resulting in a low bed temperature and the catalyst cannot operate
under optimal working conditions.
To this end, Shenning Group Coal Chemical Industry Related and Huanqiu Engineering Co.
, Ltd.
finally determined the technical transformation plan
of adding an electric heater at the inlet of the industrial sideline device R-60151D reactor after many technical demonstrations.

This technical transformation not only ensures that the sideline device meets the design requirements of catalyst evaluation, but also facilitates the comparative test of domestic and imported catalysts under the same conditions, and also provides a basis
for the study of the impact of process conditions on catalyst activity.
