    that the nano-doped preparation of durable electret composite meltblown nonwoven materials and preparation technology jointly developed by the company, Tianjin Polytechnic University and the Munitions Equipment Research Institute of the General Logistics Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army exceeded the international standard
    of the American 3M company.

    According to Chen Huaze, deputy general manager of Tianjin TEDA Clean Materials Co.

    , the research group has overcome the preparation process of domestic PP/PET two-component composite meltblown nanofiber nonwoven materials, and formed a meltblown nanofiber nonwoven material preparation technology
    with independent intellectual property rights.
    This technology can improve the strength of PP/PET hybrid thermal insulation material compared with pure PP, and when the mass fraction of PET staple fiber reaches 50%, its strength value can reach 62.

    Experiments have proved that the preparation technology of hybrid meltblown thermal insulation materials can not only improve the strength, softness, elasticity and durability of the product, so that the product has excellent thermal insulation performance, but also make the product have higher resilience and fluffiness

    On this basis, the project team also used self-designed nano-doped electret technology to develop durable electret two-component composite meltblown nanofiber nonwoven high-efficiency filter materials

    The test results show that the compressive resistance, compression springback, filtration resistance and other properties of meltblown nanofiber nonwoven materials exceed the internationally accepted American 3M company standards
