Afton Chemical announces the expansion of its Jurong Island plant in Singapore

Afton Chemical Corporation, a global fuel and lubricant additives company, today announced that it has received approval from Afton's Board of Directors to invest in its Jurong Island facility in Singapore to increase the blending capacity
of gasoline detergents (GPAs).

The demand for gasoline detergents (GPA) in the Asia-Pacific region is expected to grow
at a CAGR of 4% per year through 2024.
Mr.
Sean Spencer, vice president and chairman of Afton Chemical Asia Pacific, said, "Singapore's additional gasoline detergent (GPA) blending capacity will help meet the increased demand from the expected growth in China and the
Asia-Pacific region.
