Maoming petrochemical flue gas desulfurization plant was put into use

Recently, the flue gas desulfurization plant of Maoming Petrochemical's key environmental protection transformation project was successfully
started up at one time.
It is estimated that after the device is put into use, the annual emissions of sulfur dioxide will drop from 1912 tons before the transformation to 254.
37 tons, and the annual reduction will be 1657.
63 tons, which has a significant
emission reduction effect.

With a total investment of 83.
9 million yuan, the project adopts limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process, aiming to reduce the concentration of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter in the flue gas of the device, and is a supporting project of Maoming refining reconstruction and expansion project
