    Dow Corning recently introduced Dow Corning to the market.
    TC-4525 Gap filler product family
    .
    As a new addition to Dow Corning's family of thermal management solutions, this new, high-performance silicone technology achieves a thermal conductivity efficiency of 2.
    5 W/m.
    K, while offering significantly improved coating, significantly reduced wear and stable performance, ensuring safer and more reliable operation
    of electronics in harsh environments such as the engine compartment of automobiles.

    As a soft, compressible two-component silicone material, TC-4525 can be coated directly with little additional preparation, making it ideal for automated coating operations
    on standard metering and mixing equipment.
    The material's excellent thixotropic properties also make it easier to apply, avoiding slippage on the vertical plane during assembly, and maintaining vertical stability
    even after long-term use.
    At the same time, another product containing glass beads corresponding to TC-4525 was released, which can control the adhesive layer thickness
    during assembly.
    Carefully selected and matched thermally conductive fillers make the product much less abrasive and thus help reduce maintenance
    .

    While high temperatures can speed up curing and thus shorten manufacturing cycles, TC-4525 Gap Filler's platinum curing system is also capable of fast, controlled curing
    at room temperature.
    After curing, no additional operations are required, and it can be exposed to temperatures up to 200°C and maintain stable
    performance at operating temperatures up to 150°C.
