Nova, Borealis and Total advance PE plant plans September 25, Nova announced that a joint venture between Nova, Borealis and Total will continue to advance plans

to build a new 625,000-tonne-per-year polyethylene (PE) plant near the Houston Channel.
McDermott will build the new PE plant, which Nova Chemicals will operate using Borealis' expertise
.
The joint venture also includes Total's existing 400,000-ton PE plant
in Bayport.
