Iran will increase its refining capacity

Recently, Iranian Oil Minister Javad Owji said that in the next 4~5 years, Iran plans to add 60 million tons
of oil refining capacity per year.
Refining capacity is expected to increase to 157 million mt/year by 2026, up from the current 98 million mt/year
.

It is reported that according to the established schedule of existing refineries and new refineries, the capacity of Iranian refineries will increase
significantly in the next 5 years.
Iran's oil ministry plans to increase refining capacity
in terms of increasing the quantity and quality of existing refineries and building new ones.
