Royal Dutch DSM Group (DSM) recently said that the world's top sports equipment brand management group Amer Sports confirmed the use of high-performance bio-based engineering plastic EcoPaXX polyamide 410 material to manufacture Salomon snowboard fixers

Next year, Amer Sports will launch a new range of high-end Salomon snowboard fixers

For the first time, this series will be produced
from DSM's EcoPaXX bio-based polyamide 410 material.
Previously, polyamide 6 and 66 were common materials
for the manufacture of Salomon snowboard fixers.
The upcoming new product range has significantly improved environmental benefits and improved mechanical properties, especially at low temperatures

Up to 70% of EcoPaxx's base material comes from renewable sources – castor beans
from the tropics of countries such as India, China and Brazil.
EcoPaXX has been proven to be carbon neutral throughout its life cycle "from cradle to grave"
