    Henan Oilfield Wax Plant has connected a water cooler in parallel to the water cooler of the hydrogen production system of the gasoline hydrogenation unit, and the device has been running stably since
    it was put into use in September.

    In the past, the medium temperature of the system was high, resulting in fast scaling of the water condenser, and it was necessary to stop work every 3~4 months to clean the scale, otherwise it would affect the adsorption effect of the PSA pressure swing adsorption system of the device and shorten the life of
    the adsorbent.
    But every time the work stops, nearly 600 tons of gasoline will be refining as dirty oil, affecting production efficiency
    .
    In order to solve this problem, the plant connected a water cooler in parallel to the original process flow, which was used as a backup with the raw water cooler, reducing unplanned shutdowns, ensuring the quality of gasoline and reducing the generation
    of dirty oil.
    In addition, the technical transformation also reduces the consumption of materials, water and electricity when the plant is started and stopped, and ensures the safe and stable production
    of the gasoline hydrogenation unit.
