Jindal Film acquires DOMO Chemical's nylon business in Italy

Recently, Jindal Film has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of
DOMO Films Solutions Spa from DOMO Chemicals.
DOMO Film Solutions manufactures nylon films (including biaxially oriented BOPA and cast extrusion CPA)
for flexible packaging in the food, pharmaceutical, medical and other industrial sectors.

The acquisition will enhance Jindal Films' technology, capabilities and market presence in pharmaceutical, medical and other high-end flexible packaging segments, combining
a portfolio of biaxially oriented (BOPA) and cast extrusion (CPA) nylon films with an existing full line of polyolefin-based films.
This means that the Group will become a full-service provider worldwide, further expanding its range
of plastic films in the flexible packaging processing value chain.
Completion of the transaction is subject to a number of regulatory authorizations and is expected to close
by the end of approximately the first quarter of 2021.
