Arkema completes acquisitions
of Prochimir and Lambson Previously, Arkema completed the acquisition
of Prochimir, a manufacturer of high-performance adhesive films, and Lambson, a company focused on photoinitiators for light-curable resins.
These two acquisitions will enable Arkema to further strengthen its portfolio of specialty products, in line with its long-term ambition of generating 80 percent of the company's sales from specialty products
.

The acquisition of Prochimir, which has sales of around 30 million euros, will complement Bostik (an Arkema company) range of technologies
in the field of industrial adhesives.
The acquisition of Lambson, with sales of approximately 45 million euros, will enable Sartomer, an Arkema company, to offer customers a broader and comprehensive product offering
in the electronics, 3D printing, composites, inks and coatings markets.
