Poland's Oil & Gas Company (PGNiG) has signed binding contracts with Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC and Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC, two subsidiaries of Venture Global LNG, to import LNG from the United States for supply to domestic customers or for resale
.
Over a 20-year period, PGNiG will buy 1 million tonnes of LNG
annually from each of its two subsidiaries on a FOB basis.
The seller will deliver the LNG to the carrier at the port of loading, while the buyer will handle the goods autonomously, including deciding on the destination of the
goods.
