AkzoNobel acquires Colourland coatings business
AkzoNobel has acquired the coatings business
of Malaysian paints and coatings producer Colourland.
Colourland is headquartered in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, with an annual turnover of over US$19 million
.
The transaction includes all relevant technology, patents, trademarks and assets
of Colourland.
