    Two-stage gasification innovative coal-to-gas process

    In view of China's cheap and abundant crushed coal resources, the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences integrates fluidized bed and fixed bed technology, gives full play to their respective gasification advantages, and proposes a new two-stage gasification process

    A few days ago, the small test work of the new process has been completed, and the small test results will provide technical support
    for the amplification and industrialization of the technology.

    China's industrial gas is mainly produced
    by fixed-bed gasification of high-quality lump coal.
    The technology is relatively backward, and there are problems such as
    small generation scale, poor applicability of raw materials, and high tar content in product gas.
    The existing two-stage gasification process is mainly used to treat biomass, which can effectively remove tar, but there are problems such as
    difficult to scale up and difficult to use for crushed coal.
