Shenning Coal Chemical Industry transforms steam condensate recovery system

The steam condensate recovery and transformation of the public system of the power workshop of Shenning Group Coal Chemical Olefin Company has been completed recently, and the phenomenon of steam at the production site has been significantly reduced

The original design of the hydrophobic liquid recovery system at the olefin company's plant was defective, and some of the hydrophobic water was not recovered, resulting in water waste and affecting the production environment

At the same time, due to the inconsistent temperature of the condensate sent out by each device, the phenomenon of water hammer of the low and low pressure condensate mother pipe is serious, and the flange before and after the isolation valve leaks steam, which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of
the device.
In April this year, olefin company organized and implemented four transformation projects
of low-pressure superheated steam hydrophobic liquid, low-pressure steam hydrophobic, low-pressure steam tracing condensate recovery and 1# heat exchange station system condensate.
The modified condensate line is hydrophobically recovered to the condensate tank of the heat exchanger station, which alleviates the phenomenon of steam at the production site and improves
the on-site production environment.
