Issue 3, 2014 - The first set of ethylene waste alkali plant with oxidation technology in China was put into operation

Recently, the first set of ethylene waste alkali treatment equipment of total biological oxidation technology in China - Lanzhou Petrochemical Company annual 128,000 tons of total biological oxidation technology ethylene waste alkali treatment plant was put into trial operation for 10 days, and the operation is good
.

This set of equipment mainly includes waste alkali dilution neutralization, waste lye sewage biological treatment and tail gas purification and other process treatment units, using total biological oxidation waste alkali treatment technology, is the first set of domestic equipment
using this technology.
The Lanzhou Petrochemical plant broke ground in March 2013 and was realized on November 18, with a design capacity of 16 tons
of waste alkali per hour.
On December 31, the plant officially introduced sludge and waste lye into the system, and the COD, pH value, sulfide and other contents of the treated wastewater met the design requirements, marking the successful
commissioning of the device.
