    A few days ago, the US state of Massachusetts agreed to a proposal
    to limit the content of certain flame retardants in children's products and other consumer products.

    The proposal is actively supported by the Senate and the House of Representatives, and the focus of the proposal is summarized as follows: the content of tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate (TCEP), tris(2-chloropropyl) phosphate (TCPP), tris(1,3-dichloroisopropyl) phosphate (TDCPP) in products under 12 years of age and residential upholstered furniture should not exceed 50ppm; The content of polybrominated diphenyl ethers such as decaBDE, octabromodiphenyl ether and pentabromodiphenyl ether in consumer products should not exceed 0.
