    The method for efficient preparation of graphene based on extraction and purification technology invented by Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences has recently obtained two invention patents
    .

    Extraction and purification efficient graphene preparation technology by selecting suitable organic solvents, using liquid phase extraction method to extract and separate graphene oxide for multiple times, and then quickly removing organic solvents
    by filtration or centrifugation.
    The method is easy to operate, short cleaning time and preparation cycle, eliminating the need for complex and expensive equipment and high-cost raw materials
    .
    This method is suitable for the macro preparation of graphene and is expected to be widely used
    in supercapacitors, lithium-ion batteries, fuel cells, sealing materials, catalyst carriers and other fields.

    Since the production of graphene is still in the research and development stage, its expensive cost and low production capacity seriously hinder the industrial application of
    graphene materials.
    Compared with the existing technology, the extraction and purification technology to prepare graphene introduces fewer impurities in the preparation process, selects a relatively low ratio of raw materials to reduce production costs, and can provide two key technologies
    for mass purification of graphene oxide using extraction technology.
