Issue 34/2015 - Yuntianhua high thermal conductivity graphite film project was successfully tested

On August 26, the pilot production line of Yuntianhua Group's high thermal conductivity graphite film project successfully produced qualified products
in Shuifu Yuntianhua Co.

The high thermal conductivity graphite film material produced this time has high thermal conductivity, uniform thermal conductivity and good heat dissipation effect, providing high-end thermal conductivity and heat dissipation materials
for the lightweight and ultra-thinning of electronic products such as notebook computers and smartphones.

High thermal conductivity graphite film, also known as high crystallinity graphite film, belongs to polymer carbon material, which is a new material
prepared by pressurized carbonization of organic polymer film with high orientation under inert atmosphere and subjected to high temperature graphitization treatment.
At present, the graphite film products of most domestic manufacturers are mainly used for ordinary mobile phones, such as Apple, Xiaomi and other high-end mobile phones, almost all of which use thermal conductive film materials
produced by foreign companies.

On the basis of the first 20,000-square-meter high thermal conductivity graphite film test production line built last year, Yuntianhua has added four pilot production lines
of 20,000 square meters of high thermal conductivity graphite film this year.
The existing 5 production lines of Yuntian graphite film project can achieve an annual production capacity
of 100,000 square meters.
In the next step, Yuntianhua will build a new industrialized production line in Louba Industrial Park in Shuifu County for mass production
according to market feedback.
