    and Shanna Synthetic Rubber Co.
    , Ltd.
    cooperated to develop the world's largest neoprene polymerization kettle with in-air cold plate device and high-efficiency mixing system, which completely solved the problems of
    uncontrollable temperature, uneven reaction temperature distribution and low product quality in the previous synthetic rubber production and polymerization process.

    The project is led by Yan Shaowei, a national-level candidate for tens of millions of talents in the new century, and a 45-person technology development team has been formed to develop the world's largest neoprene polymerization kettle with an in-band cold plate device and an efficient mixing system, which completely solves many problems in the previous polymerization process, and has obvious
    energy-saving and consumption reduction effects in use.
    This technology has declared 17 patents in the process of research and development, making China's neoprene rubber production enterprises among the world's advanced neoprene enterprises
