passed the on-site evaluation
organized by the Waste Rubber Comprehensive Utilization Branch of China Rubber Industry Association in Jiaozuo.
Experts said that the device is a major innovation to improve the environmental protection of dynamic desulfurization tanks, and provides a new way
for recycled rubber enterprises that are plagued by secondary pollution problems to transform vulcanization tanks.

The environmental testing agency report shows that after the application of the device, the gas emission meets the "GB16297 comprehensive emission standard for air pollutants", and hydrogen sulfide, benzene series (benzene, toluene, xylene), non-methane total hydrocarbons, etc.
are better than the level I indicators
required by the "Cleaner Production Evaluation Index System for the Recycled Rubber Industry" (draft for comments).

in the production process of recycled rubber.
The device solves the problem of high-temperature organic waste gas and wastewater discharge polluting the environment during the pressure relief process after desulfurization, and is suitable for both the new construction of dynamic desulfurization process and the transformation

It is understood that most of the domestic recycled rubber production adopts dynamic desulfurization process, and secondary pollution control has become a major problem related to the survival of
the industry.
