Recently, the fertilizer production unit of Henan Coal Chemical Group Zhongyuan Dahua Company has achieved stable and long-term excellent operation for 240 days, and the long-term operation days of the equipment have set a new historical record since the equipment was completed and put into operation, and the product output and economic benefits have also set the best level
in history.

In view of the problems of aging equipment and high failure rate in the two major production plants of synthetic ammonia and urea, the company's fertilizer division took technological transformation as a breakthrough, paid close attention to the "spot inspection and repair" of production equipment, changed "fault repair" to "pre-maintenance", and the planned maintenance rate of equipment increased from less than 30% in the past to more than
60% now.
It is estimated that due to the stable and long-term optimal operation of the production plant, the average daily economic benefit of the company's fertilizer division has always remained above
800,000 yuan.
