coated with iXsenic?Metal Oxide semiconductor coating using Gen 4 slit extrusion coating equipment at Touch Taiwan.

iXsenic is a solution-processable inorganic metal-oxide semiconductor
from Evonik for the display industry.
The product does not require harsh application conditions: no vacuum is required, which simplifies the machining process, high output, low cost and is most suitable for slit extrusion coating

Professor Ralf Anselmann, Vice President of Evonik's Electronic Solutions business, said: "The dimensions of the Gen 4 coater show the feasibility of mass production of iXsenic, and if we can do the coating process on the Gen 4 coater, we can coat
Gen 6 or even Gen 8.
In
addition to LCD displays, iXsenic?'s application areas include high-resolution OLED displays, whether the display is flexible or not
