The Russian crude oil processing application technology research project completed by Liaoyang Petrochemical Company recently won the second prize of Liaoning Province Science and Technology Progress Award
in 2014.

Through the industrial application of related equipment, Liaoyang Petrochemical increased its efficiency by more than 20 million yuan
in 2013 alone.

As the first domestic processing base for the full transmission and refining of Russian crude oil, Liaoyang Petrochemical has been committed to the research of Russian crude oil processing application technology in recent years, and has improved economic benefits
through production and application.
At present, the company has established a Russian crude oil database, formulated an optimized processing plan for increasing production of diesel, and mastered key technologies such as jet coal online dosing optimization process, DMC marine fuel oil blending, diesel depressant for Russian crude oil and hydrocracking corrosion inhibitor, many of which have reached the domestic advanced level
