    Recently, Xinjiang Tianye's "Supporting Engineering Project for Ethylene Glycol Production Project by Comprehensive Utilization of Calcium Carbide Furnace Tail Gas" and "High Purity Carbon Dioxide Industrial Tail Gas Production Project" passed the expert review
    organized by the Eighth Division of the Xinjiang Construction Corps and the Shihezi Municipal Development and Reform Commission.
    The expert group believes that these two projects have good demonstration effects
    from the realization of comprehensive utilization of waste to the development of circular economy industrial chain.

    Xinjiang Tianye carries out high recycling of calcium carbide furnace exhaust gas through independent innovation, and purifies it as a raw material for the production of
    ethylene glycol.
    This method efficiently and rationally uses calcium carbide furnace exhaust gas to produce ethylene glycol, which not only solves the problem of environmental protection, realizes circular economy, but also brings good economic benefits
    to enterprises.

    In the calcium carbonate project, Tianye conducts research on the comprehensive utilization of carbon dioxide and calcium carbide waste residue, that is, the calcium oxide waste residue generated in the calcium carbide production process and the carbon dioxide tail gas generated in the ethylene glycol production process are used as raw materials to produce calcium
    carbonate.
    This innovation can not only improve the utilization rate of waste resources and reduce the cost of product production, but also provide a new high value-added utilization path for industrial emissions of carbon dioxide and calcium oxide waste residue, which can solve the environmental pollution caused
    by carbon dioxide emissions and waste calcium oxide.
