    A few days ago, the national international scientific and technological cooperation project undertaken by Zunbao Titanium Industry Co.
    , Ltd.
    - chlorination method to produce high-quality titanium tetrachloride process technology application research, recently passed the technical acceptance
    organized by the Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Department.
    Through the implementation of this project, Zunbao Titanium has established a stable and win-win cooperation mechanism that can make full use of international scientific and technological resources, and promoted the upgrading
    of China's titanium tetrachloride industry.

    Through cooperation with P&D company of the United States, the project introduces the drawings and core technologies of boiling chlorination and refining equipment at the world's leading level, and builds a 45,000-ton chlorination production line for high-quality titanium tetrachloride production line through digestion, absorption and innovation of key equipment and technologies such as boiling chlorination furnaces, so that China's boiling chlorination and refining technology has reached the world's advanced level, realized the upgrading of China's chlorination refining technology and equipment, and enhanced the international competitiveness of the industry

    In the implementation of the project, the project also solved the problem of acid sewage and acid mist polluting the environment in the traditional copper wire vanadium removal process, greatly reduced the chlorine content and hydrogen chloride content in the exhaust gas, effectively treated the waste water residue, and reduced the negative impact
    of the "three wastes" fugitive discharge on the surrounding environment.
