AdBlue membrane adding process for vehicles

On December 17, Henan Hongkang Environmental Protection Technology Co.
    , Ltd.
used its self-developed membrane ultra-pure AdBlue vehicle urea new process to produce automotive urea, which was tested by Henan Provincial Analysis and Testing Research Center, and the product met the requirements
of the national standard GB 29518-2013 diesel engine nitrogen oxide reducing agent - vehicle urea aqueous solution (AUS 32).
。 Previously, the automotive urea produced by this process has passed the testing of the domestic authoritative testing organization - Pony (Beijing) Testing Technology Co.
    , Ltd.
, and the indicators meet the national standard GB29518-2013, and many indicators are better than the national standard
    .

According to Sun Changcheng, general manager of Hongkang Environmental Protection, the membrane ultra-pure AdBlue production process is developed by relying on its own liquid urine synthesis system, which is the first new process
in China to directly use liquid urine as raw material to produce automotive urea.
Compared to the traditional process of using solid urea as a raw material, the process produces higher quality automotive urea with lower
    metal ion content.
At the same time, the company has also developed a low-temperature resistant vehicle exhaust catalytic reducing agent, the technology has been tested on the diesel engine bench in a low temperature environment ESC working conditions, the reducing agent under the rated spray volume, after SCR post-processor treatment, NOX emissions can meet the requirements of China IV, the process has applied for two national patents
    .
