    The research on new technology of SNG syngas purification undertaken by the Nanhua Research Institute has recently passed the evaluation of scientific research project results organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Sinopec
    .
    The review committee recommended that the results of the project be carried out for industrial application research
    as soon as possible.

    According to the characteristics of the composition of synthetic natural gas feedstock, the influence of different solvents, proportions and operating parameters on the purification efficiency of feedstock gas was studied, and a new amine solvent system
    was developed.
    The test results show that compared with MDEA solvent, the processing capacity can be increased by more than 35%; Compared with the physical solvent method, it can avoid the problem of unreasonable heat utilization between units in the process flow, effectively use low temperature waste heat, and realize the optimal utilization of
    resources.
    The achievement has applied for 2 Chinese invention patents, with innovative and free operation rights
