Dow and DuPont make major personnel changes
On February 18, DuPont announced that its board of directors had appointed current executive chairman Edward D.
Breen as chief executive officer; Lori D.
Koch, current Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, is Chief Financial Officer, with both appointments effective
immediately.
Marc Doyle and Jeanmarie Desmond, who previously served as CEO and chief financial officer, respectively, will leave DuPont
.

On the same day, Dow announced that the company's board of directors plans to appoint Dow CEO Jim Fitterling as chairman
after the annual shareholder meeting on April 9, 2020.
