    released the technical achievement - "a new material for nano-ceramic flame-retardant functional masterbatch" was successfully tested and industrialized, and it is planned to build a new production line
    with an annual output of 5,000 tons.

    There are many reports of flame retardant materials prepared by carbonization and temperature resistance of ceramic materials, but there are technical problems
    such as uncompact structure of ceramic carbon-forming layer, high breakage rate, and incomplete coverage of carbon-forming layer in practical applications.
    In view of this, the technical team of Jianxi New Material Technology Research Institute, McMaster University in Canada and Hong Kong Polytechnic University cooperated to develop "a nano-low-temperature ceramic flame-retardant functional masterbatch"
    for three years.
    At a low temperature of 350~400 °C when the flame retardant masterbatch products prepared by this technology are attacked by flame, the product can quickly shrink, crust, carbonize, and has the characteristics of ablation resistance, and the surface layer is smooth, the thermal conductivity is low, and the formation of ceramics-like substances, which can isolate oxygen and block the combustion reaction, so that the material can reach a high flame retardant level, that is, the flame retardant level, ensuring the overfire integrity rate
    of the product.
