    Zhongyuan Petrochemical uses cryogenic technology to recover hydrocarbons

    The polyethylene cryogenic separation device transplants the non-powered ammonia recovery technology to the polyethylene tail gas recovery, and the system adopts a multi-channel circulating expansion process, sufficient cooling capacity, and can effectively recover hydrocarbon components without external input power
    .
    For a long time, there is still a certain amount of mixed hydrocarbons in the exhaust gas of Zhongyuan petrochemical polyethylene plant after membrane recovery, and even if it is recycled to the fuel gas system by the flare system, it still contains high value-added 1-butene, isoamylane, etc
