Guangzhou Petrochemical Polyethylene Plant exhaust gas recovery

Recently, the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) unit of Guangzhou Petrochemical Polyethylene Plant has been in stable operation for 479 days, and all the exhaust gas of the plant has been recycled, producing a total of 2,178 tons of hydrocarbon-rich gas, with a cumulative effect of 5.

The exhaust gas of the polyethylene plant contains about 25% of the calorific value of hydrocarbons, and the direct discharge of the flare pipe network is not only a waste of resources, but also causes environmental pollution

In order to solve this problem, Guangzhou Petrochemical decided to use pressure swing adsorption technology to recover the exhaust gas of the plant to produce hydrocarbon-rich gas, achieving a win-win
situation of environmental benefits.
The project is led by Guangzhou Petrochemical and completed by Sichuan Tianyi Technology Co.
