of ethylene glycol residues.
The catalyst operation of Yangzi ethylene glycol plant has entered the middle and late stages, and the performance has decreased, but due to the operation mode of "jam edge" operation, the residual liquid in the process of opening and stopping the device cannot be replenished into the ethylene glycol refining system
.
Because the residual liquid contains more ethylene glycol, it will cause greater losses
if it is treated according to the defective material.

At present, the recovery rate of ethylene glycol residual liquid has reached about 1 ton per hour, and the quality of the recovered ethylene glycol product is stable, and the cumulative efficiency has reached more than 800,000 yuan
.
According to experts, on the one hand, Yangzi olefin plant ensures stable product quality and standards by optimizing and adjusting process parameters, optimizing operations, strengthening process water quality monitoring, and carrying out product quality research; On the other hand, actively promote the implementation of the new dehydehyde bed project to create conditions
for the residual liquid to be recycled as soon as possible.
