The project has built a marine microbial esterase application technology system and an industrialization research and development base, completed the control and optimization process of marine microbial esterase fermentation, and expanded the fermentation scale to 30 tons
.
The marine microbial esterase obtained by fermentation has good acid, alkali, temperature and organic solvent resistance, and the resolution rate of immobilized esterase to DL-pantothenolactone reaches more than 45%, the optical purity reaches more than 98%, and it can be reused, and the conversion rate of dexpantothenolide produced by it is basically 100%.
