Celanese announces new leadership appointments
April 9, Celanese announced that current Chairman and CEO Mark Rohr will become Executive Chairman
of Celanese's Board of Directors.
As a result of the Board of Directors' decision, Lori Ryerkerk will succeed Rohr as CEO
.
The appointment will take effect on May 1, 2019, when Ryerkerk will also join the Celanese Board of Directors
