Since 2008, Liang Xuemin's team has begun to explore in the field of "energy saving at the output end" of electrolytic aluminum, and has successively broken through technical problems such as the thermal characteristics and energy flow optimization theory of aluminum electrolyzers, and the efficient aggregation of tank heat dissipation, and successfully developed industrial electrolyzer heat collectors and energy flow intelligent adjustment equipment
with independent intellectual property rights.
After the system is officially put into operation, the recovered heat energy, which accounts for about 10% of the total energy consumption of the electrolyzer, will be sent to the first station
of the city heating system through a 3km long thermal pipeline.
