    Recently, several new drugs have been approved to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis


    This post hoc analysis used tiralizumab 100 mg (N = 616) or placebo (N = 309) pooled patient-level data after treatment


     

    RESULTS: The median baseline Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) was 17.


    Taken together, the findings of this study suggest that the PASI score is more reliable for estimating disease activity than the percentage improvement in PASI; this may be partly responsible for the differences in efficacy between clinical trials and practice
