Constipation is a common functional gastrointestinal disease with an incidence rate of about 20% in the general population.

Acupuncture

The study included 150 patients who underwent brain tumor resection, and they were randomly divided into non-treatment group, acupuncture group and EA group at 1:1:1.

diagnosis

The results showed that in the non-treatment group, the average CCS was 15.

After acupuncture and EA treatment, the weekly SBM frequency of patients increased by 0.

In summary, the results of this study show that acupuncture and EA are effective in relieving postoperative constipation.
