Acne bacillus is one of the main pathogens that cause infection after shoulder surgery
The study included all patients who met the conditions for the first open shoulder surgery after the sternum.
The results showed that from February to December 2019, a total of 108 patients were enrolled in the study, and they were randomly divided into 2 groups: a treatment group (n = 70) and a control group (n = 38)
In summary, the results of this study show that disinfection of subcutaneous tissue can significantly reduce the culture rate of acne bacteria during the initial open surgery of the shoulder
