Rehabilitation of cognitive and behavioral abnormalities in stroke patients is very important to promote the rehabilitation and self-care ability of patients.

    Stroke

A total of 90 stroke patients were included in the study and randomly assigned to three treatment groups: a robotic rehabilitation group with VR (RRG+VR), a robotic rehabilitation group that uses robots instead of VR (RRG-VR), and submits traditional physical therapy And the conventional rehabilitation group (CRG) for cognitive therapy.

The analysis results show that whether it is robot training (including VR and excluding VR) or routine rehabilitation, it can significantly improve the patients' overall cognitive function, mood and executive function, and activities of daily living.

In summary, the results of the study indicate that due to the complex interaction between movement and cognition, robotic therapy, especially VR-related therapy, may significantly improve the cognitive recovery and mental health of patients with chronic stroke.
