    OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of the combined Asian Diabetes Assessment (JADE) portal, nurse reminders and team care on multiple risk factors in patients with DKD


    Design, settings, and participants: This 12-month multinational, open-label, randomized clinical trial was conducted at 13 hospital diabetes centers in 8 Asian countries from June 27, 2014 to February 19, 2019


    Main outcomes and measures: The primary outcome was the proportion of patients achieving multiple treatment goals (defined as ≥3 of 5 goals: HbA1c level < 7.
